Merchant Force Project is built in order to nurture and
grow relationships with over 9K merchants and $16B
in annual chargevolume. This application iscreating a
business for American Express. By ETL Process,
Business loads the Merchant data into the Salesforce
Database. The user calls the Merchant as per his
availability. The user tells the merchant for any offers.
If the Merchant is interested, then the call goes to lead
for making him prospective Client. In case Merchant is
having some important work, then the Merchant is
called after some Resting time. If the Merchant is not
interested, then he is not called back.
Contribution:
 I did every work startingfrom the definingto the implementation phase
 To execute the project through entire SDLC till warranty.
 Unit testing for the above mentioned modules.
