LA NOSTRA STORIA
La nostra attività ha alle spalle oltre 50 anni di storia nel settore
della verniciatura e finitura industriale.
Tutto nacque a metà degli anni ‘60 grazie all’intuizione di un
giovane imprenditore che iniziò a costruire impianti e attrezza-
ture per il trattamento delle pelli.
Nasce così una piccola realtà imprenditoriale che nel 1993, per
mancanza di eredi, viene ceduta ad un gruppo di soci già ope-
ranti nel settore meccanico ed in quello della conceria.
A luglio del 1996 viene accettata dal Ministero dell’Industria
del Commercio e dell’Artigianato la domanda di deposito di
“AIRCOM” come marchio registrato attraverso il quale l’azienda
commercializza i propri prodotti in tutto il mondo.
Forte della lunga tradizione di forniture per il settore conciario,
negli ultimi anni l’azienda si è aperta anche verso altri mercati,
come quello del legno, del vetro, della plastica, dell’industria dei
metalli. Attualmente AIRCOM continua a crescere, con una forte
penetrazione anche sui mercati esteri.
Core business aziendale sono le pistole automatiche per spruz-
zatura intorno alle quali si è sviluppata nel corso del tempo una
strategia produttiva diversificata e vincente, esclusivamente
Made in Italy. Investimenti in nuove tecnologie e in ricerca e
sviluppo hanno consentito infatti di produrre pezzi non stan-
dardizzati, fortemente competitivi sui mercati internazionali,
sicuri, certificati e curati nei dettagli estetici oltre che nella loro
versatilità funzionale.
Attualmente AIRCOM è in grado di progettare, produrre ed
assemblare al suo interno tutti i suoi prodotti e relativi compo-
nenti. Plus dell’azienda è la rapidità e flessibilità nelle risposte
a domande sia commerciali, sia tecniche; nelle consegne de-
gli ordini; nell’adattare e modificare con un approccio “tailor
made” i propri prodotti secondo le esigenze dei clienti. Tutto
questo grazie ad una visione imprenditoriale che ricalca il mo-
dello della “lean production”, ovvero puntare alla semplifica-
zione produttiva attraverso la flessibilità ed il coinvolgimento
di tutte le funzioni aziendali nelle fasi di progettazione, produ-
zione e sviluppo.
OUR HISTORY
Our business has over 50 years experience in the painting and
finishing industry.
It all started in the mid-60s following the intuition of a young
entrepreneur who started building facilities and equipment for
the treatment of leather.
This led to a small entrepreneurial business that in 1993, due to a
lack of heirs, was sold to a group of partners who already worked
in the mechanical and tanning sector.
In July 1996 the Ministry of Industry Trade and Crafts accepted
the “AIRCOM” trademark, which the company has used ever sin-
ce as the trading name to market its products throughout the
world.
Backed by a strong tradition as suppliers in the tanning sector,
in recent years the company has expanded into other markets,
such as wood, glass, plastics, and metal. Currently, AIRCOM con-
tinues to grow, with a strong footprint in foreign markets.
The company’s core business is automatic spray guns, which over
time has developed a varied and successful production strategy,
all exclusively Made in Italy. Investments in new technologies
and in research and development have enabled the company to
produce non-standard customized parts, highly competitive on
international markets. They are certified, safe, with great atten-
tion to aesthetic detail as well as their functional versatility.
Currently, AIRCOM designs, manufactures and assembles all its
products and components. The company offers speed and flexi-
bility when addressing commercial and technical issues, delive-
ring orders, adapting to change with a “tailor made” approach
to its products to meet customer requirements. All this is the re-
sult of an entrepreneurial vision that reflects a “lean production”
model, emphasizing production flexibility and simplification,
involving all business functions in design, production and de-
velopment.

NUESTRA HISTORIA
Luestra empresa cuenta con una trayectoria de 50 años de hi-
storia en el sector de la pintura y el acabado industrial.
Todo comenzó a mediados de los sesenta gracias a la intuición
de un joven empresario que empezó a construir instalaciones y
equipos para el tratamiento de las pieles.
Así nace una pequeña empresa que en 1993, por falta de here-
deros, fue vendida a un grupo de socios que ya operaban en el
sector mecánico y en de la curtiduría.
En julio de 1996 fue aceptada por el Ministerio de Industria,
Comercio y Artesanía la solicitud de presentación de “AIR-
COM” como marca registrada mediante la cual la empresa co-
mercializa sus productos en todo el mundo.
Tras una larga tradición como proveedor para el sector de la
curtiduría, en los últimos años la empresa también se ha abier-
to a otros mercados como el de la madera, el vidrio, el plástico
y la industria metalúrgica. Actualmente, AIRCOM sigue cre-
ciendo, con una fuerte irrupción en los mercados extranjeros.
El negocio principal de la empresa son las pistolas automáticas
para pulverización en torno a las cuales se ha desarrollado a lo
largo del tiempo una estrategia de producción diversificada y
exitosa, exclusivamente Made in Italy. De hecho, las inversiones
en nuevas tecnologías y en investigación y desarrollo han per-
mitido producir piezas no normalizadas, altamente competiti-
vas en los mercados internacionales, seguras, certificadas y di-
señadas teniendo en cuenta tanto los detalles estéticos como
su versatilidad funcional.
Actualmente, AIRCOM está en condiciones de diseñar, produ-
cir y montar internamente todos sus productos y sus relativos
componentes. Otros puntos fuertes de la empresa son la rapi-
dez y la flexibilidad en las respuestas a preguntas tanto comer-
ciales como técnicas, en las entregas de los pedidos y a la hora
de adaptar y modificar sus productos con un enfoque a medida
según las necesidades del cliente. Todo ello gracias a una vi-
sión empresarial que sigue el modelo de la lean production o
producción ajustada, es decir, apostar por la simplificación de
la producción mediante la flexibilidad y la implicación de todos
los departamentos de la empresa en las fases de diseño, pro-
ducción y desarrollo.

ECO
AIRCOM
La AIRCOM ECO è stata progettata nell’ottica di andare incontro
a due obiettivi fondamentali:
- la riduzione dei costi durante la fase di verniciatura;
- l’attenzione all’aspetto ecologico delle lavorazioni industriali e
del loro impatto ambientale.
Per ottenere ciò, abbiamo studiato un prodotto che permetta
di lavorare a pressioni di atomizzazione molto basse al fine
di ottenere sia un elevato risparmio dei prodotti vernicianti,
sia una significativa riduzione delle emissioni in atmosfera
(valore certificato da ente tedesco FRAUNHOFER IPA secondo
normativa UNI EN 13 966-1).
La AIRCOM ECO è stata concepita con un corpo pistola costituito
da 3 pezzi smontabili (la parte dove avvita l’ugello è in ottone
nichelato), in modo da permettere nel tempo la sostituzione
della sola parte che più si sarà usurata.

La AIRCOM 50TH offre la possibilità di passare da una pistola a
pressione standard, ad una pistola a basso overspray (HVLP) con
la semplice sostituzione di ugello e testa, mantenendo inalterata
la sua eccezionale qualità di finitura.
Sono inoltre garantite durata e facilità di manutenzione,
caratteristiche distintive del marchio AIRCOM.

Pistola volumetrica ad alta portata d’aria e a bassa pressione
d’uscita. Consente di ridurre il numero di passaggi dedicati al
trattamento di pigmentazione.
Principali vantaggi:
- riduzione della dispersione di vernice non utilizzata (“over
spray”);
- riduzione nella frequenza di pulizia dei filtri sull’impianto di
pigmentazione.

AIRCOM
Pistola automatica caratterizzata da una bassa pressione di
uscita del pigmento e da una doppia regolazione del ventaglio,
sia per l’aria che arriva dall’ugello, sia per l’aria che arriva dalla
corna della testina di spruzzatura.
Questo consente di agire in maniera ottimale sul ventaglio di
spruzzatura e di evitare, nel caso di pelli molto sottili, ogni tipo
di svolazzamento.

riconosciuta internazionalmente come il prodotto storico di
AIRCOM.
Pur coprendo una vasta gamma di applicazioni, è indicata
soprattutto per lavori di finitura e per l’ottenimento di “effetti”
sulle superfici trattate.

HT
AIRCOM
La AIRCOM HT è una pistola automatica che garantisce una
buona efficienza dal punto di vista del trasferimento del
pigmento.
È stata progettata con ingombri ridotti ed alleggerita nel peso
rispetto alla AIRCOM DA.
Disponibile, inoltre, un attacco opzionale per il circuito di
lavaggio interno ed automatico.
La AIRCOM HT è corredata di una testina di nuova
concezione, la L-E che, grazie alla disposizione dei
fori per il passaggio aria, ottimizza il trasferimento del
pigmento spruzzato creando un basso “over spray”,
con conseguente risparmio per l’utilizzatore.

MG
AIRCOM
La AIRCOM MG è particolarmente adatta a quei settori che
hanno necessità di lavorare in spazi ridotti con prodotti quali
lubrificanti, distaccanti e colle.
Questa pistola per spruzzatura automatica permette di ottenere
una fuoriuscita del pigmento con forma conica.
I vantaggi della AIRCOM MG sono:
- la ridotta dimensione (diam. 30 mm. / h. 60 mm.) e peso (90 gr.),
pur mantenendo i componenti interni di grandezza sufficiente
a permettere un’agevole manutenzione;
- i materiali costruttivi: asta ed ugello prodotti in acciaio inox,
mentre i restanti particolari in alluminio anticorodal, poi trattato
per indurimento.
La regolazione della portata avviene tramite una vite posteriore.

AIRLESS A16
AIRCOM
La pistola automatica AIRLESS A16 è un prodotto leggero e
compatto che permette di abbattere i tempi di produzione e
fornisce una finitura di qualità con basso costo di gestione.
Utilizzando la AIRCOM A16 si ottiene una distribuzione uniforme
del prodotto in tempi ridotti ed a basso consumo.
Queste pistole devono essere alimentate da pompe AIRLESS e
lavorano ad alta pressione, da 100 a 250 bar.
Gli ugelli sono specifici per questo prodotto e sono fabbricati in
metallo duro.

AIRCOM
La loro introduzione sul mercato è il risultato di molti anni di
esperienza nel settore e ciò permette di assicurare il massimo
livello qualitativo possibile.
Molto semplici e funzionali, le pompe a pistone AIRCOM
consentono di ridurre al minimo la manutenzione e, data la
possibilità di una perfetta regolazione, sono adeguate alle
esigenze di ogni tipologia di impianto di verniciatura.
Consumano un trascurabile quantitativo di aria compressa e
offrono la possibilità di alimentare un alto numero di pistole.
Ne esistono di due tipi:
- POMPA PNEUMATICA PA 3/1 con rapporto di compressione
3/1, ottima in condizioni normali
- POMPA PNEUMATICA PA 4/1 con rapporto di compressione
4/1, indicata per pompare liquidi più densi.
Su richiesta, vengono fornite complete di:
- riduttore d’aria con manometro;
- rubinetti di mandata;
- dispositivo di normalizzazione e di regolazione di alimentazione
(che può servire anche come agitatore mediante un tubo di
riciclo nel recipiente della vernice);
- filtro e tubo di aspirazione.
CARATTERISTICHE COSTRUTTIVE
Il motore pneumatico che aziona la pompa è costruito in ottone
nichelato e in ottone cromato.
Si ottengono così:
- elevata resistenza all’usura (ambiente/tempo);
- migliore qualità della pompa (rispetto a materiali non ferrosi).
Il gruppo pompante è costruito in diversi materiali:
- acciaio AISI 303 per le parti a contatto col pigmento;
- ottone nichelato (molto robusto) per le parti che completano la
struttura e per il polmone di compensazione dell’aria.
La regolazione è molto semplice, poiché fatta mediante una
ghiera su cui si agisce facilmente dall’esterno.

AIRCOMAIRCOM
Adatta a prodotti a base d’acqua, o di solvente, smalti, lacche,
tinte, trasparenti, fondi, vernici ad effetto bucciato, martellato,
goffrato, colle ed adesivi.
Il corpo della pompa e le testate sono in alluminio anodizzato e
trattamenti termicamente per conferire una maggiore resistenza
meccanica.
Adatta a prodotti a base d’acqua, o di solvente, smalti, lacche,
tinte, trasparenti, fondi, vernici ad effetto bucciato, martellato,
goffrato, colle ed adesivi.
Il corpo della pompa e le testate sono in alluminio anodizzato e
trattamenti termicamente per conferire una maggiore resistenza
meccanica. Gli attacchi dei tubi entrata e di uscita del prodotto
sono in acciaio inox.
La valvola di comando della pompa ha il riarmo manuale in caso
di stallo. Il trasferimento del fluido è possibile già a 1,5 bar d’aria.
C’è possibilità di montare membrane speciali per prodotti a
temperatura fino a 80°C.

La pompa AIRCOM AIRLESS AST 30 è un prodotto che permette
di verniciare a spruzzo qualsiasi tipo di materiale.
Caratterizzata da una notevole praticità, versatilità e semplicità
d’uso, la AIRCOM AST 30 impiega un gruppo pompa a pistone
di elevata portata, funzionante pneumaticamente.
Il sistema di spruzzo airless permette di ridurre notevolmente
la nebbia di vernice e di garantire una grande efficienza di
trasferimento (oltre l’80%).
Il sistema permette inoltre di ottenere una perfetta
microatomizzazione con notevole risparmio di vernice e una
migliore finitura superficiale.
Lamodulabilitàdell’apparecchiaturapermettedipoteracquistare
solo il gruppo pompa e successivamente di personalizzarlo
con una notevole quantità di accessori (CARRELLINO PORTA
POMPA, SISTEMI DI ASPIRAZIONE).
L’unità di verniciatura impiega un impianto pneumatico
alimentabile ad una pressione compresa tra 6 e 8 atm.
L’aria compressa viene impiegata per ottenere il movimento del
pistone di pompaggio della vernice ed ottenere una elevata
pressione di polverizzazione con qualsiasi tipo di vernice senza
l’impiego di aria.
Tutte le guarnizioni sono di tipo speciale ed alta qualità; le
valvole sono in acciaio inox, le sedi sono in metallo duro.
Le unità per verniciare della serie AIRCOM AST 30 sono
concepite per la verniciatura di grandi superfici e per impieghi
come: verniciatura conto terzi, cantieri navali, grandi e medie
carpenterie, carrozzerie industriali, costruzioni meccaniche.
E’ possibile la verniciatura di materiale ferroso in genere, legno,
plastiche.
I prodotti erogabili sono: vernici ad alto solido, normali vernici,
fondi e colle.
Per l’impiego dell’apparecchiatura con prodotti particolari deve
essere ottenuta l’approvazione del costruttore, e l’adeguamento
delle caratteristiche tecniche dell’unità per la lavorazione di tali
prodotti.

AIRLESS AST 81
AIRCOM
La pompa AIRCOM AIRLESS AST 81 è un gruppo per la
verniciatura a spruzzo per prodotti come resine epossiliche,
vernici anticorrosione e molti altri tipi di materiale.
Caratterizzata da una notevole praticità, versatilità e semplicità
d’uso, la AIRCOM AST 81 impiega un gruppo pompa a pistone
di elevata portata funzionante pneumaticamente.
Il sistema a spruzzo AIRLESS permette di ridurre notevolmente la
nebbia di vernici e garantire una grande efficacia di trasferimento
(oltre l’80%).
Lamodulabilitàdell’apparecchiaturapermettedipoteracquistare
solo il gruppo pompa e successivamente di personalizzarlo
con una notevole quantità di accessori (CARRELLINO PORTA
POMPA, SISTEMI DI ASPIRAZIONE).
L’unità di rimescolamento e spruzzatura impiega un impianto
pneumatico alimentabile ad una pressione compresa tra 3 e 6.5
atm.
L’aria compressa viene impiegata per ottenere il movimento del
pistone di pompaggio dei componenti della resina ed ottenere
una elevata pressione di per il trasporto delle stesse.
Tutte le guarnizioni sono di tipo speciale ed alta qualità; le

Gli spessimetri AIRCOM MV sono disponibili in 4 diverse
dimensioni: modello TASCABILE, MV 220, MV 310 ed MV460.
Sono personalizzabili (con tibratura laser) direttamente sulla
fusione; in più è possibile stampare in serigrafia sul quadrante
interno.
L’utilizzo dello spessimetro è reso facile grazie al corretto
rapporto tra impugnatura e leva.
Le sostituzioni della lancetta e del relativo ingranaggio risultano
semplici poiché attuabili senza smontare l’intero strumento.

La fusione in forme di sabbia permette di ottenere:
- maggiore solidità meccanica (e quindi minore flessione e
maggiore resistenza ad urti e cadute);
- stabilità della misurazione nel tempo, grazie anche al disegno
con nervature di collegamento che irrigidiscono la struttura
ed al trattamento termico di stabilizzazione effettuato prima
della lavorazione meccanica su centro lavoro a CN.

AIRCOM
Il blocchetto cambio colore, AIRCOM QCC, permette di
effettuare un cambio prodotto su un set di pistole passando
da una lavorazione a quella successiva senza dover fermare la
produzione dell’impianto.
Questo dispositivo, realizzato con corpo in ottone nichelato e
coperchi in alluminio anodizzato, è caratterizzato da 3 attuatori
pneumatici che abilitano il passaggio sull’anello colore “1” o
“3” e solvente “2”.
Opportunamente interfacciato alla centralina di comando,
l’AIRCOM QCC permette, nelle diverse modalità operative, di
lavare e/o caricare il circuito non collegato all’alimentazione
della pistola, determinando un notevole risparmio di tempo
potendo effettuare questa operazione in “tempo ombra”.
Nella fase di cambio colore si ha un rapido lavaggio dell’ugello
e della testina di spruzzatura della pistola, per poi passare
alla successiva lavorazione programmata abilitando il circuito
precedentemente caricato.
I principali vantaggi sono quindi:
- eliminazione dei tempi di sosta per cambio lavorazione;
- eliminazione degli sprechi di vernice;
- la vernice ed il solvente presenti nelle tubazioni dell’intero
circuito viene recuperata negli appositi fusti;
- possibilità di lavorare con solo un set di pistole;
- riduzione dei costi di smaltimento minor quantità di vernice e
solventi da smaltire.

Adatto alle nostre pistole automatiche modello AIRCOM 50TH,
AIRCOM 50TH HVLP ed AIRCOM LR, questo prodotto permette
di rimuoverle dalla giostra di spruzzatura con un semplice gesto
della mano, attraverso un pomello di sgancio rapido.
Una semplice pressione permette poi di riportarle in posizione
di lavoro.
Il blocchetto è provvisto di valvole automatiche che
intervengono al momento dello sgancio della pistola per
arrestare automaticamente i flussi di aria e vernice.
I principali vantaggi sono quindi:

To achieve this, we have developed a product that can work at
very low atomization pressures in order to achieve big savings
in product coating and a significant reduction of atmospheric
emissions (certified by the German body FRAUNHOFER IPA in

AIRCOM ECO has been developed with a gun body composed

AIRCOM HT is an automatic gun which guarantees great
efficiency in pigment transfer.
It has a compact design and is lighter than the AIRCOM DA.
It is also available with an optional attachment for the automatic
internal washing circuit.
AIRCOM HT’s head, called the L-E, has been newly developed.
Thanks to the arrangement of the air passage holes, it optimizes
the transfer of the sprayed pigment, resulting in low “over

This automatic spray gun provides a cone-shaped pigmentation
output.
The advantages of AIRCOM MG are:

The automatic Airless A16 gun is a lightweight, compact product
that reduces production times and provides a quality finish with

AIRCOM A16 allows for a uniform distribution of the product in
a reduced time and with low consumption.

Their marketing is the result of many years of industry experience,
and this ensures the highest possible quality.
Very simple and functional, the AIRCOM piston pumps help
keep maintenance to a minimum and, given that these can be
regulated with great precision, they are appropriate for every
type of coating system.
They consume a negligible amount of compressed air and can
power a large number of guns.
There are two types:
- AIR PUMP PA 3/1 with 3/1 compression ratio, excellent in
normal conditions
- AIR PUMP PA 4/1 with 4/1 compression ratio, ideal for pumping
thicker liquids.
If required, these can be equipped with:
- air reducer with manometer
- flow taps
- standardization and power regulator (which can also be used
as an agitator using a recycling pipe in the paint receptacle)

on any type of material.
It is remarkably practical, versatile and easy to use, AIRCOM
AST 30 employs a high-flow piston pump unit, which operates
pneumatically.
The Airless Spray System will considerably reduce paint mist and
ensure a highly efficient transfer (over 80%).
The system also provides a perfect microatomization with
considerable paint saving and a better surface finish.
The appliance’s scalability means that you can buy the pump unit
and then customize it with a substantial number of accessories
(PUMP Trolley, VACUUM SYSTEMS).
The coating unit uses a plug-in pneumatic system at a pressure
of between 6 and 8 atm.
Compressed air is used to obtain the motion of the paint

are in stainless steel, the base is made of hardened metal.

You can paint ferrous materials, wood and plastics.
The available products are high-solid paints, normal paints,
covers and adhesives.
The use of this equipment with certain products requires the
approval of the manufacturer and the adaptation of the technical
characteristics of the unit.

The AIRCOM AIRLESS AST 81 pump is a unit for spray painting
products such as eposilic resins, anticorrosion paints and many
other types of material.
It is remarkably practical, versatile and easy to use.

The AIRCOM QCC color change block transmission allows
the substitution of products on a set of guns. This means
that switching from one job to the next can be done without
disrupting production.
It is made with a nickel plated brass body and anodized aluminum
covers. Its main characteristics are 3 pneumatic actuators that
enable the passage on the color ring “1” or “3” and solvent “2”.
Appropriately attached to the control unit, the AIRCOM QCC
allows, in its various operating modes, to wash and / or load
the circuit when it is not connected to the gun. This results
in considerable time saving as it can be done during a “time
shadow.”
During the color change there is a rapid cleaning process of the
gun’s nozzle and spray head. This takes place before it moves the
next programmed work cycle using a previously loaded circuit.

La AIRCOM ECO ha sido diseñada para cumplir dos objetivos
fundamentales:
- la reducción de los costes durante la fase de pintura;
- la atención al aspecto ecológico de los procesos industriales y
de su impacto ambiental.
Para lograr esto, hemos diseñado un producto que permita
trabajar a presiones de atomización muy bajas con el fin de
conseguir tanto un elevado ahorro de los productos de pintura
como una significativa reducción de las emisiones a la atmósfera
(valor certificado por la entidad alemana FRAUNHOFER IPA
según la normativa UNE EN 13 966-1).
La AIRCOM ECO está diseñada con un cuerpo de pistola
compuesto por 3 piezas desmontables (la parte donde se
enrosca la boquilla es de latón niquelado), para permitir que
con el tiempo solo haya que sustituir la pieza más desgastada.

HT
AIRCOM
La AIRCOM HT es una pistola automática que garantiza un buen
resultado en términos de transferencia del pigmento.
Está diseñada con un tamaño reducido y pesa menos que la
AIRCOM DA.
Además, dispone de un enganche opcional para el circuito de
lavado interno y automático.
La AIRCOM HT va acompañada de una cabeza de nuevo diseño,
la L-E, que gracias a la disposición de los orificios para el paso de
aire, optimiza la transferencia del pigmento pulverizado creando
un bajo overspray, con el consiguiente ahorro para el usuario.

AIRCOM
La AIRCOM MG se adapta particularmente bien a los sectores
que tienen necesidad de trabajar en espacios reducidos con
productos como lubricantes, desmoldeadores y colas.
Esta pistola para pulverización automática permite obtener una
salida del pigmento con forma cónica.
Las ventajas de la AIRCOM MG son:
- su reducido tamaño (diám. 30 mm. / h. 60 mm.) y peso (90 gr.),
manteniendo al mismo tiempo los componentes internos con
un tamaño suficiente para permitir un mantenimiento sencillo.
- Los materiales de fabricación: varilla y boquilla fabricadas
de acero inoxidable, mientras que los demás elementos son
de aluminio anticorodal, tratado posteriormente para su
endurecimiento.
La regulación del caudal se realiza a través de un tornillo trasero.

AIRCOM
La pistola automática AIRLESS A16 es un producto ligero y
compacto que permite reducir los tiempos de producción y
proporciona un acabado de calidad con bajo coste de gestión.
Mediante el uso de la AIRCOM A16 se obtiene una distribución
uniforme del producto en menos tiempo y con bajo consumo.
Estas pistolas deben estar alimentadas por bombas AIRLESS y

Su introducción en el mercado es el resultado de muchos años
de experiencia en el sector, lo que nos permite asegurar el
máximo nivel de calidad posible.
Muy sencillas y funcionales, las bombas de pistón AIRCOM®
permiten reducir al mínimo el mantenimiento y, dada la
posibilidad de una perfecta regulación, se adaptan a las
necesidades de cada tipo de sistema de pintura.
Consumen una cantidad insignificante de aire comprimido y
ofrecen la posibilidad de alimentar a un gran número de pistolas.
Hay dos tipos:
- BOMBA NEUMÁTICA PA 3/1 con relación de compresión 3/1,
excelente en condiciones normales
- BOMBA NEUMÁTICA PA 4/1 con relación de compresión 4/1,
indicada para bombear líquidos más densos
Previa petición, se suministran con:
- reductor de aire con manómetro
- grifos de descarga
- dispositivo de normalización y de regulación de alimentación
(que también puede servir como agitador mediante un tubo
de reciclaje en el recipiente de la pintura)
- filtro y tubo de aspiración
CARACTERÍSTICAS DE CONSTRUCCIÓN
El motor neumático que propulsa la bomba está fabricado de
latón niquelado y latón cromado.
El resultado:
- alta resistencia al desgaste (entorno/tiempo)
- mejor calidad de la bomba (con respecto a materiales no
ferrosos)
El grupo de bombeo está fabricado de diferentes materiales:
- acero AISI 303 para las piezas en contacto con el pigmento
latón niquelado (muy robusto) para las piezas que completan
la estructura y para el pulmón de compensación del aire
- La regulación es muy sencilla, ya que se realiza mediante un
anillo que se acciona fácilmente desde el exterior.

AIRCOMAIRCOM
Adecuada para productos a base de agua, o de disolvente,
esmaltes, lacas, tintes, transparentes, fondos, pinturas con
efecto moteado, martillado, gofrado, colas y adhesivos.
El cuerpo de la bomba y las cabezas son de aluminio anodizado y
están tratadas térmicamente para conferir una mayor resistencia
mecánica.
Adecuada para productos a base de agua, o de disolvente,
esmaltes, lacas, tintes, transparentes, fondos, pinturas con
efecto moteado, martillado, gofrado, colas y adhesivos.
El cuerpo de la bomba y las cabezas son de aluminio anodizado y
están tratadas térmicamente para conferir una mayor resistencia
mecánica. Las conexiones de los tubos de entrada y salida del

La válvula de control de la bomba tiene el rearme manual en
caso de bloqueo. El traslado del fluido es posible a 1,5 bar de
aire. Existe la posibilidad de montar membranas especiales para
productos a temperatura de hasta 80º

La bomba AIRCOM AIRLESS AST 30 es un producto que permite
pintar mediante pulverización casi cualquier tipo de material.
La AIRCOM AST 30, caracterizada por su gran comodidad,
versatilidad y facilidad de uso, emplea un grupo de bomba de
pistón de gran caudal, con funcionamiento pneumático.
El sistema de pulverización airless permite reducir
significativamente la niebla de pintura y garantizar una gran
eficiencia de transferencia (más del 80%).
El sistema también permite obtener una perfecta
microatomización con notable ahorro de pintura y mejor
acabado superficial.
La modulación del equipo permite poder adquirir solo el
grupo bomba y, posteriormente, personalizarlo con una gran
cantidad de accesorios (CARRITO PORTABOMBA, SISTEMAS
DE ASPIRACIÓN).
La unidad de pintura emplea un sistema neumático que se
alimenta a una presión comprendida entre 6 y 8 atm.
El aire comprimido se utiliza para obtener el movimiento del
pistón de bombeo de la pintura y una elevada presión de
pulverización con cualquier tipo de pintura sin usar aire.
Todas las juntas son de tipo especial y de alta calidad; las válvulas
son de acero inoxidable, los alojamientos son de metal duro
Las unidades para pintar de la serie AIRCOM AST 30 están
diseñadas para la pintura de grandes superficies y para usos
como: pintura por cuenta de terceros, astilleros, grandes y
medianas carpinterías, carrocerías industriales y construcciones
mecánicas.
Sirve también para pintura de material ferroso en general,
madera y plásticos.
Los productos que se pueden aplicar son: pinturas de alto
sólido, pinturas normales, fondos y colas.
Para la utilización del equipo con productos especiales deberá
obtenerse la aprobación del fabricante y la adecuación de las
características técnicas de la unidad para el tratamiento de
dichos productos.

AIRLESS AST 81
AIRCOM
La bomba AIRCOM AIRLESS AST 81 es un grupo para la pintura
mediante pulverización para productos como resinas epoxi,
pinturas anticorrosivas y muchos otros tipos de material.
La AIRCOM AST 81, caracterizada por su gran comodidad,
versatilidad y facilidad de uso, emplea un grupo de bomba de
pistón de gran caudal, con funcionamiento neumático.
El sistema de pulverización AIRLESS permite reducir
significativamente la niebla de pinturas y garantizar una gran

El bloque de cambio de color, AIRCOM QCC, permite efectuar
un cambio de producto en un conjunto de pistolas pasando
por un proceso a otro sin tener que detener la producción del
sistema.
Este dispositivo, fabricado con cuerpo de latón niquelado y
cubiertas de aluminio anodizado, se caracteriza por 3 actuadores
neumáticos que permiten el paso sobre el anillo de color “1” o
“3” y disolvente “2”.
El AIRCOM QCC, adecuadamente conectado a la centralita
de control, permite, en las diferentes modalidades operativas,
lavar y/o cargar el circuito no conectado a la alimentación de
la pistola, proporcionando un considerable ahorro de tiempo al
poder efectuar esta operación en “tiempo sombra”.
En la fase de cambio de color se realiza un lavado rápido de la
boquilla y la cabeza de pulverización de la pistola, para luego
pasar al siguiente proceso programado habilitando el circuito
previamente cargado.
Por lo tanto, las principales ventajas son:
- Eliminación de los tiempos de parada por cambio de proceso;
- Eliminación de los despilfarros de pintura
- la pintura y el disolvente presentes en las tuberías de todo el
circuito se recuperan los bidones especiales;
- Posibilidad de trabajar con solo un conjunto de pistolas
- Reducción de los costes de eliminación: menor cantidad de
pintura y disolvente que eliminar.

permite quitarlas del carrusel de pulverización con un simple
gesto de la mano, a través de una perilla de desenganche
rápido.
Mediante una simple presión se pueden volver a poner en
posición de trabajo.
El bloque está provisto de válvulas automáticas que intervienen
en el momento del desenganche de la pistola para detener
automáticamente los flujos de aire y pintura.
Por lo tanto, las principales ventajas son:

AIRCOM

AIRCOM
