ABSTRACT
The aggregation is based on one module, a gyrobifastigium, which is a
space filling polyhedra.
The interesting thing of this kind of geometry is that it does not have
„straight“ faces and also, by itself, this geometry can fill space. So there
are multiple variables that can make one aggregation different from the
other.
Because of its lack of „straight“ faces, the orther of construction with the
modules is crucial, putting a special effort on bilding a stable base.
There are two kinds of connections, according to the function they have
in the construction: connecting to the same level or to the upper level.
The models were first made out of cardboard, but then on a more
advanced stage were cut out of foam and the connections 3d-printed,
combining both of the technics.
