polydipsia
• Disturbed sleeping pattern related to nocturia as
manifested by verbalization of patient about
interrupted sleep.
• Risk for impaired skin integrity related to
urinary frequency.
• Knowledge deficit related to unfamiliarity with
disease as evidence by frequent questioning.
