constraints. The wash-N-Go will
wash and dry your clothes in
record timing. Anitka Knight is
the founder of this company who
envisioned efficiency for average
household consumers when
washing clothes.

 Segment: Average home owner between 25-60
 BONUS: 55% of home owners
 Need: the average time to do laundry is inconvenient to most home owners. With the Wash-N-Go the time to
do laundry will be cut in half. Now average house hold consumers can spend more time with family or other
extracurricular activities instead of focusing on doing laundry.
 Positioning vis-a-vis Competition
 Insert a perceptual map showing competitors or important substitute solutions in this problem space, and
your desired position on this map.

 Succinctly state how you intend to "own" that particular position on the map.

Product Definition:
Wash-N-Go is a two
in one washer dryer
that will cut average
laundry time in half.
Self timer, automatic
dryer cycle, small and
compacted to save
space
Price
 Strategies. We intend to use the “Push in Pull” method to persuade consumers to
buy the Wash-N-Go. If this method does not work we will lower the price based on
consumer research to base sell price.
 $1500.
 Specify discounting / sales / loyalty rewards strategies, how they might be used
and the frequency with which they might be used.
 BONUS: State your target unit sales and revenue goals for years 1-5.
Concluding Statement
 With the Wash-N-G0 average house hold consumers have a new innovated way to do
laundry. Consumer laundry time will be cut in half with the guarantee of clean
clothes and a well designed product. By having a working relationship with
consumers we will always know what they need and be able to meet those needs.
