As Principal of our school, I have had the opportunity to work with Angela since July of 1997.
When Angela first joined us, we were confident that even though she did not have prior school
experience, she had the tools to succeed. Angela joined us at a very difficult time, we were
undergoing administrative changes and her training was short lived. However, she was able to
rise above all the challenges and make the transition a remarkably smooth process. Angela has the
ability to make you feel that you can trust her. One of her most valuable assets is her
interpersonal skills. She is dedicated, hard working, and loyal. Angela is a person that can handle
multi-tasks at one time. This is a quality that comes in very handy in a small school, when very
often, we are forced to wear different hats at the same time. It has also been my observation, that
she works well under pressure, is very meticulous and detail oriented.
Due to health reasons, I have had to be absent many days during the school year and 3 weeks
during the summer, Angela was forced to fill in for me many times. I can honestly tell you that I
was confident the school in good hands. A little over a year later, I look back and notice just
how far we have come in such a short time. Angela was a key player in our team work. I have
often told her just how much I thank God for bringing her here. As a principal, I felt her support
and loyalty at all times. I am confident that Angela would be an asset to your company, because
as I like to put it..."they just don't make them like her anymore."
