6.  Transfats occur in PARTIALLY hydrogenated oils
 PARTIALLY hydrogenated oils are used because fully
hydrogenated oils can be waxy and too hard
 When an oil is fully hydrogenated, it no longer
contains any unsaturated fatty acids. Therefore, TFA
can not exist in fat that does not contain unsaturated
fatty acids.
 The double bonds get weak due to high temperature,
catalyst and vacuum pressure and result to transfats
during processing
