Take your skills to the next level: Learn more about NAIA recruiting
• NAIA rules don’t restrict when or how often you and college coaches
can communicate.
• There is no recruiting calendar in the NAIA, so take advantage!
Recruiting can take place year-round for NAIA coaches.
• Reach out to coaches early in high school to start building
relationships. Stay in touch with NAIA coaches through Facebook,
Twitter, texting, email or phone.
• Keep up your GPA. Coaches are looking for students who have the
academic skill as well as the athletic skill to play for their school.
• Meet two of the following requirements at high school graduation: At
least a 2.0 GPA, at least an 18 ACT or 860 critical reading and math
SAT, top 50% class rank
• Make sure you’re eligible by registering at PlayNAIA.org.
