We are pleased to provide this referral for Mr. Ángel Inclán Busta.
Ángel worked with our firm first as a Junior Architectural Intern while he was here for a
year studying English and using his skill as an architect to get experience speaking
English. We found his English to be quite good considering he was learning. His skills
as an Architect were excellent. He was diligent to get all of the work he was assigned
on time to meet critical deadlines.
We were so impressed with Ángel that we hired him as a full-time staff upon his 2nd
return to Canada, this time not as a student but with a one year work permit. During
his 2nd
term with us he was responsible for the architectural drawings and details of a
large renovation project to a Complex care facility, proposal for expansion of an
existing Seniors Independent Living building as well as improvements to existing
buildings in our portfolio. Ángel is not only skilled in producing professional
architectural permit drawings but he also excels in 3 dimensional walk through
drawings which proved very useful for City applications.
Ángel has assisted our office staff and clients in a professional manner with excellent
attention to details. I would not hesitate to recommend hiring Ángel in any capacity
within an Architectural firm. Our office staff was sad to see him go at the end of his
work permit; he was an excellent team player! If we had a large project to guarantee
him a full year of employment we would re-hire him in a heartbeat. We wish Ángel
well in all of his future activities.
