what is Process Improvement:
1. Process Improvement is the proactive task of identifying, analyzing and improving upon existing
business processes within an organization for optimization and to meet new quotas or standards of
quality.

ways to make existing processes faster, more accurate, more efficient, and more reliable. This practice
should be considered an ongoing exercise, rather than a one-time action.

redesigning business processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and agility. It involves identifying
inefficiencies or bottlenecks in existing processes, analyzing the root causes of these issues, and
implementing changes to address them.
