BV series no. 909666. In November 2013 October 2014 Anemone held an internship at the Hotel
Restaurant "House of Dracula" in Poiana Brasov.
The duration of the internship program the following objectives have been met which led
to the development of professional skills for category 4 star hotels in:
• Specific operations of catering
• Customer service including special customers (VIP, groups etc.)
• Cooperation with kitchen department
• Relationships with staff in other services (reception, cleaning, administrative, technical)
