The following document was created to serve as a guide to help with the administrative
portion for the filing of the register of registerable controllers on ACRA’s bizfile platform.
Before using this guide, you should first seek professional guidance to correctly identify the
actual registerable controller(s) of your company/LLP. The creator of this guide shall not be
held liable to any consequential losses or damages from the direct use or indirect use of this
document.
All screenshots in this document have been taken from the ACRA’s bizfile platform using the
creator’s own company as a specimen for illustration.

3. Step 1
• Access the
e-service via
this link
• You will be directed
to the following page
• Log in with your
Singpass

4. Step 2
• Once you are logged
in, select your
company/LLP to
proceed
• It may not be listed if
you are involved in
more than 10 entities.
If so key in the UEN in
the search box and
your company/LLP will
appear.
• Click on your
company/LLP to
proceed

• You will be
directed to the
following screen

“Individual”

• Scroll down to the
end

company/LLP UEN
number
• Click “Next” to
proceed

8. Step 6
• At the next the
page, ensure that
you are filing for
the correct
company/LLP
• Select “No” for the
RORC exemption
• Click “Add

• At times, you may
see the following
page for step 6
• Select “Continue”
to resume the
existing transaction
• Or select “New
transaction” if you
wish to start afresh
• Ignore this if it
doesn’t appear

• After clicking click
“Add Registrable
Controller” you will
see 2 categories
• For Individual,
proceed to
step 7A
• For Corporate,
proceed to
step 7B

11. Step 7A – Individual
• If you select
“Individual” the
following fields
will appear
• Fill up all the
mandatory fields
marked with a red
asterisk *
• Once done, click
“Add” to proceed

12. Step 7B – Corporate
• If you select
“Corporate” the
following fields
will appear
• Fill up all the
mandatory fields
marked with a red
asterisk *
• Once done, click
“Add” to proceed

13. Step 8
• Registerable
Controller’s name
and appointed
date will now be
reflected
• Repeat step 7 if
you have more
than one
registerable
controller
• Once done, click
on “Submit”

14. Step 9
• You will now be
taken to a
summary page
with all registerable
controllers details
• Do print a copy of
this page for your
reference
• Finally, click on
“Confirm” to submit
