Led UX research and design for a social networking fitness startup to develop an end-
to-end experience. Facilitated workshops to explore target customers, distill key user
insights, identify delivery channels, partnerships, and revenue streams. Designed the
information architecture and wireframes for Fitpairs’ MVP and built a strategic roadmap
for introducing marketing partnerships with food vendors.

Redesigned Baxter’s global product knowledge management system to streamline new
product development and legacy product maintenance. Led multiple workshops with
cross-functional teams from Europe and Asia to assess needs, generate requirements,
and ideate solutions. Designed an information architecture for an enterprise web service
containing 1,800 products to empower employees to innovate in the medical space.
Designed user task flows and created wireframes for a skin cancer exam simulation
model. Led moderated usability testing sessions with medical students and healthcare
professionals. Delivered a holistic diagnostic experience that improved clinical melanoma
recognition rate by 20%.
Conducted contextual inquiry with basketball players of all skill levels to identify needs and
market opportunities. Created conceptual models to synthesize learnings, and designed
user stories, mobile wireframes, and functional prototypes. Pitched product concepts
for a mobile application and wearable device designed around camaraderie and shot
consistency to Nike’s Innovation Kitchen.

engaging user experiences at each stage of product development. I have embedded
divergent thinking, human centered design, and agile methodologies in my design process
to discover value in ambiguity.
