Patented System made up of a spherical collecting tank
designed to be installed under the rainwater drain of a
building, in such a way that it can discard the first rainwater
that falls on the roof, allowing the rest of the already clean
rainwater to be stored in another tank.
The device allows you to configure the liters of rainwater
that you want to discard according to the m2 of your roof.

The filtration unit contains 3 natural materials: virgin clay,
activated carbon and colloidal silver. The clay filters
sediment from the water, the activated carbon makes the

17. "Solar Generation as a Service”: Reduces Energy Cost.
Service focused on all types of businesses that have 2,000
m2 of free space on roofs. It is based on the principle that
the cost of generating electricity is cheaper when it is
generated in the same place that it is going to be used.
It’s a 10 year contract for the supply of electrical energy
from a photovoltaic installation mounted ad hoc at the
Customer's premises and connected to its internal network.
We carry out the investment, design, assembly, operation and
maintenance of the installation. The energy generated by the
panels is energy that the Client stops demanding from the
network and we offer it with a lower price than CFE.
At the end of the life of the Service Contract, the photovoltaic
installation is donated to the Client so that during the
following 15 years of remaining useful lifeof the panels, the

18. “Savings Energy as a Service”: Less Operation Cost.
Service focused on Hotels using air conditioning systems by
mini split to cool the rooms. It is based on the principle that
most of the time the room remains without the presence
of the guest and in that period the consumption of the air
conditioning can be optimized by changing its operating
conditions and turning off the lights in the room.
Our System controls with presence sensors when the room is
unoccupied or has the balcony door open and raises the
temperature or humidity of the room to the parameter
defined by the Hotelier, turning off the lights in the room.
Each 1ºC of temperature reduction involves an 8% energy
savings on average at the Hotel.
This service is $0 investment for the Hotelier and the savings
in the electricity consumption of the rooms can reach up to
50%.The Service is charged with the 50% of the electricity

19. “Hot Water As a Service HC”: Saves Water Heating.
Service focused on Hotels that use Gas LP boilers to heat the
water. It is based on the principle that the Hotelier unknown
what percentage of the amount of money that pays to the
gas supplier becomes hot water, which is the real need.
Our hot water heating system with Heat Pumps (HC)
becomes the primary heating system of the Hotel, leting the
LP gas boiler system as back-up.
This service is $0 investment for the Hotelier and the
equipment is transferred in Comodato. We take care of its
operation and maintenance. The Hotel is charged only for the
consumed heating energy already put into the water. The
Hotel will no longer have to worry about increases in the price
of Gas LP that affect its OPEX or invest in renewing its CAPEX
for heating water. Average savings of 22% on the current
cost of LP Gas to heat water along the 10 year of Contract.

New Service focused on Tortillerías de Maiz and Molinos de
Nixtamal that are using LP Gas boiler systems to heat the
water for the nixtamalization process to 90ºC. It is based on
the principle that the Tortillero has the price of corn tortillas
capped as it is a basic necessity good and yet has no control
over the cost of LP Gas.
Our Bio-Mass (BM) water heating system uses corn cob as a
fuel source.
This service is a $0 investment for the Tortillero and the
equipment is transferred on loan. We take care of its
maintenance. The Tortillero is charged only for the heat
energy consumed already put into the water. El Tortillero will
no longer have to worry about increases in the price of Gas
that affect its utility or invest in renewing its LP Gas boilers.
