Oxygen is pumped throughout the body
Gradually, it gets depleted in the body
Cells create energy
Carbon dioxide rich blood arrives back in the lungs
8. Envision
Visualize the lungs expanding and contracting
Heart pumping
Blood flow through your body
Make it change color in the capillaries
Create a repeating cycle
10. Practice
Start by breathing for 7 seconds each step.
Breath as slowly and refined as you can.
Increase the time of a cycle`s step: 9, 10, 11 … 14 seconds
Your thoracic muscles will develop so keep that in mind!
