Any company that starts their journey towards Continuous Delivery will discover that it's not just about automation. In fact I claim that is mostly not about automation but a lot more about the organisation and its culture. "Culture eats strategy for breakfast" as Peter Drucker said; and many are we who are painfully aware that we have to actively work to counteract bad culture. The culture in a company cannot be implemented or replaced, it is grown out of peoples inherent behavior and to change it you need to hack it! In this talk I will explore some culture hacks that you can use in your strive to introduce Continuous Delivery.
