  1. Our product is easy and simple but with simplicity we refuse to sacrifice diversity. Our instant coffee company entices a mission statement ‘to invoke creativity and change. To provide easy and simplicity while refusing to sacrifice diversity. Together, there will always be a new start each day which embarks with us, Coobeans.’ The only limitation is preference of consumers. With the exigency to increasing variety, the solution is you.
  2. Coffee is turkey’s water, you’re never too old or too young to drink it, estimating a marketing segment profitability of 100%. Cultural norms is the greatest influential factor, with the goal of creating a connotation between a cup of coffee associated with a good time, good company over their favorite cup of coffee. The unmet primal desire of the coffee industry consists of fulfilling great cost and great ratings. Fulfilling these unmet primal desire will leave with a consumer can’t lose instinct. Our top competitors consist of Starbucks, Green Mountain and Original Donut Shop. Their industrial advantage is branding,diverse options, and iconic flavors. By merging those three factors and focusing solely on perfecting our product, we can work our way up the market.
  3. We are product based in other words, the product sold in grocery stores, convenience stores, etc. Hence no need for pop up shops. We prioritize our product and the success, investing the most in customer satisfaction rather than distribution. To have a team of representatives focused on consumer experience is an essential for any suggestions and disatisfaction.
  4. Our goal is to focus on accessibility. Our starting price is at $10.99 while the standard market price ranges from $11.99-$12.99. We will distribute monthly promotional coupons at our pop up stands for our BOGO deal. Mapping out your 5 year investments will lead to greater than 400% growth.
  5. Our monthly promotional strategy is to utilize websites, social media and email. Website is primal given that we are not investing our funding into standalone shops. Social media and email is absolutely a necessity given the free platform. With these promotional strategies we will host monthly promotional deals.
