This is to express my sincere appreciation for the good efforts done by you and your
team and improving the good performance which has led to the appreciation of Mr.
Ayman Monshi as the Warehouse & PHU is the most decent and clean facility he has ever
seen. Mr. Mohammed Shehri has also appreciated the team leadership role that you
have managed to take efficiently, your cooperation and follow-up to get things done.
The meeting environment we had with Yansab would not have happened without the ONE
TEAM SPIRIT that has been encouraged by both you and Mr. Shehri on which we thank
you and look forward to even see a better performance among your operations that
will lead to full client satisfaction ..
With regards to the points mentioned in the presentation of Mr Shehri, some points
have been agreed while some points needs to be re-discussed. But we at MDR, look at
these points as areas for improvement that need to be reviewed and further studied to
meet the client’s expectations.
