• Once logged into app patient can search specialist by various categories
defined
• Patient can book an “On-Demand” call or “Appointment” based on doctor
availability
• View booked appointment and get notification booked appointment
• During the call initiation patient can update medical history and upload
medication details

• During call patient can have a chat with specialist when needed

10. Patient workflow
• Patient after booking an “Appointment” or “On demand” needs to enter
primary reason for the consultation.
• After entering the reason patient can either use available credit from clinic
or can make payment online.
• On successful payment patient can enter doctors waiting area and will be in
queue list of doctor to start the call.
• On call initiation by doctor patient can continue with the video call and see
his/her consultation notes online on the app.

• All uploaded images by patient for a particular visit can be seen by provider
