anchor the meaning.
• The use of interviews is to explain what
happened from different points of views.

• John Grierson came up with the term
“Documentary” in 1926.
• He defined the term documentary as “ the
creative treatment actuality”.

Observations- This is where they are observing
people or things. The camera is often on the
screen but ignored.
Interviews- This is an important part of a
documentary, the interviews give a chance for
the audience to see different opinions or views.
