 Managed Model Line changes of a Standalone card product line through extensive
analysis of performance, strategy, and future goals
 Collaborated cross-functionally to ensure that changes made reflected strategies of
the Greetings Team, Customer Teams, Product Teams, Licensing, and pricing
 Assessed the Summer offerings in the marketplace in order to make recommenda-
tions for Hallmark’s future Summer offerings
