The Aluminium sheets are made from the solid Aluminium slab using rolling process. During the
Cold rolling process the residual stress is generated and reduce the ductility of workpieces. We are
used the heat treatment process in order to increase the ductility and life of the workpieces.

Parametric Analysis on Gas Metal Arc Welding of Carbon Steel Pipe.
The welding process is used to manufacturing the pipe of various carbon steel material. We are
study the parameters of Gas Metal Arc Welding for 0.3% carbon consisting steel plates of pipe.

Design and Analysis of Mechanical Screen Bar.
The Mechanical screen bar is mechanism for remove the solid waste from the flowing water of open
channel. It consisting the various parts are Screen bar, Bucket, Roller chain Drive, Frame. We are
decide the dimension and simulate for FEA analysis using the Autodesk Inventor Software.
