Dunya Comm. Tech. CO. is handling Tenders and telecom projects with Army, Public Security
Department and Government sector for their needs. I have the following responsibilities:
 Supervision of telecom projects with the military and government departments. These
contracts are mainly for installation, operation and maintenance of telecom networks
(Ericsson, Alcatel and Panasonic) including PABX systems, microwave links, fiber optic
and copper cables installation.
 Follow up with maintenance contracts of telecom projects with customers.
 Managing the sub-contract projects with construction contractors for telecoms and
electrical commissioning of buildings.
 Secure purchase orders and secure all the special needs of tenders of military and civilian
government.
 Follow all procurement contracts (including technical and legal matters) with the
providers from the beginning of the signing of the contract wit military and civil sectors
until securing materials and finishing the project.
 Opening credits, banking and financial matters follow-up.
 Coordination and follow-up with foreign companies for the purpose of securing materials
as required in the purchase contracts.
 Preparing and issuing the letter of grantee for the tender.
 Follow up on the preliminary & final Letter of Guarantee status.
 Prepare the Technical and Financial offers.
 Follow all logistic procedures including shipping, clearance and securing the goods to
customer stores.

 I worked as an officer in the Jordanian Armed Forces and ranging from the rank of
2nd lieutenant to the rank of lieutenant colonel, during this period I have the Job
positions and responsibilities:
2003 – 2006 Senior Telecommunications Officer Engineer:
 Consultant for general manager of royal signal corp. for telecommunications and
procurement.
 Handling all the written staff of the manager.
 Leading a team of 10 engineers for planning and designing of military networks for
voice and data communication, these networks includes various brands of PABX’s
(Ericsson, Alcatel and Panasonic), RF radio, WI-MAX and WI-FI, Microwave links,
Fiber Optic and copper cables.
 Representative and Coordinating officer engineer with Jordan Telecom Company
(ORANGE).
 Coordinating officer engineer with government sectors like Jordan Customs
Department and TRC for mutual telecom networks cooperation.
 Making studies for future expansion of Telecom Networks for JAF.
 Cooperate with IT department for mutual data and voice networks.
 Oversee and monitor for construction projects of army regarding telecom and
electrical issues.

 Leading a team of 12 engineers and 30 technicians for maintaining and programming
the whole military telecom network.
