To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing on behalf of Amber Welch, who interned with our CPA Firm, Dauby
O’Connor & Zaleski LLC, during the spring 2015 “Busy Season” encompassing the
period December 2014 – March 2015 and worked full-time thereafter through May
2016.
Dauby O’Connor & Zaleski LLC (DOZ) provides accounting and tax services to
thousands of entities operating in the real estate arena. With a niche in the
Affordable Housing market, DOZ has a national reputation as one of the leaders
in this area as evidenced by the fact that DOZ has clients in more than 46 states.
Based out of Carmel, Indiana, DOZ provides excellent accounting and tax
services with a staff of over 165 professionals.
Amber worked in the Audit Division of DOZ during her internship and fulltime
career. She averaged over 65 hours a week during her two busy seasons and
received bi-weekly evaluations on her performance throughout the internship
period.
Amber’s performance and attributes can be summarized with the following bullet
points:
very intelligent / very driven / passionate about work
met deadlines / excellent work ethic / thorough / dedicated
a producer / smart / a team player
professional / very caring
Amber has decided to pursue opportunities in either a public firm's tax
department or an accounting position in private industry. There is no
opportunity to transfer to DOZ's tax department as there are no fulltime
positions available at this time.
Very truly yours,
Timothy J. Doyle, CPA
