Letter of Recommendation
- 1. May 25, 2014
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is my personal recommendation for Amber Stark. I have been Amber's immediate
supervisor for several months. I found her to be very enterprising, tackling all assignments with
dedication and enthusiasm. She is a natural leader and can take charge of any situation
presented to her.
Besides being pleasant to work with, Amber is a take-charge person who is able to present
creative ideas and communicate the benefits. She successfully oversaw the restructuring of our
parts ordering team in Montana and Arkansas, including coaching the overnight team on proper
procedures. Her efforts have resulted in a streamlined process that has reduced our overhead,
and improved our customer experience. For the past 2 years Amber has also updated and
maintained the training material for our PC Care program and personally trained 58 technicians
in proper call handling procedures.
Amber has performed well in her primary role as a New Hire Trainer. This role is no small feat for
Amber, as training our new technicians for 9 weeks for the call room floor can be a very daunting
task in of itself. She also provides herself as an Escalation Supervisor and Remote Support
Technician, handling difficult troubleshooting calls over the phone with tough consumers from
major retailers such as Target, Wal-Mart, OfficeMax and Office Depot. She has held a 90%
quality average for the past year and a half, and has an 87.22% Overall Satisfaction rating with a
Net Promoter Score of 75.95% as rated by our customers.
Amber is no stranger to mistakes. Her efforts have not always paid off as expected. She is also
not one to let those mistakes weigh her down. Amber faces such failures head on, with a
habitual devotion for excellence in all she does.
I highly recommend Amber for employment, especially in positions where her leadership skills
can shine. She is a team player and would make a great asset to any organization.
Sincerely,
James Cheary
Technical Care Supervisor,
