To whom it may concern:
Beginning in 2007, I was employed as Executive Vice President for Energy Services Providers, Inc. (ESPI) and
my duties included overseeing ESPI's marketing and sales programs. Ms. Amber L. Drill became part of our
sales team at some point in 2008. From the outset, it was obvious that Ms. Drill was an outstanding employee,
set sales records and became very active in training others.
A majority interest in ESPI was sold to a public company, MVC Capital (MVC on NYSE) and I went to
become Vice President overseeing sales for Liberty Power based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. I recruited Ms. Drill to
work in one of our primary markets, Pennsylvania. Although she started at a lower base pay ($65,000) than the
other sales people in that territory, she soon became the top producer and mentored her fellow members of the
sales team.
ESPI was merged into USG&E, and that company recruited Ms. Drill. She enjoyed success with USG&E and
worked extensively with Dr. Franklin C. Lewis (founder of ESPI, shareholder of USG&E and member of the
Board of Directors of USG&E) in pursuit of acquisitions and other high level USG&E business.
Ms. Drill has amazing "people skills", is a great closer, and remarkably fast learner. She is a natural PR person.
I was very impressed recently with the remarkable job of obtaining sponsorship for The Boston Film Festival.
She is a talented musician and composer (piano, flute and guitar) with a professional quality voice. She also has
very high level poise, tact and great common sense in dealing with difficult issues one to one or from on stage.
I would recommend her as a really great find for any company that has the good fortune to have her as an
employee.
