To Whom It May Concern,
I am a former Hospital Corpsman of the United States Navy. I enlisted as
an E1 in DEC2009 and was Honorably Discharged from Active service as
an E5 on 14APR2015. I am seeking employment as an Emergency room
technician, a Medical Assistant, or a phlebotomist.
Please allow me to be quite clear. I am a powerful leader and a strong
worker. I need to work hard, and I intend to continue in the work I have
passion for.
My work experience in the Navy has set me on the path of Medicine,
permanently. In my mind, there is no other form of work that will suit
me. I have spent the last five and a half years as an Urgent Care
Technician, Emergency Medical Technician, Trauma Technician, and
Emergency Room Technician. I also have extensive phlebotomy training
and skills. In no area have I spent less than a year working.
All my past achievements are indicative of an efficient employee who is
not only able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment, but
thrives.
Now all of these things you can read in my actual curriculum vitae. What
my CV will not tell you is who I am. I am a charismatic and enthusiastic
young woman with a world of experience in my tool box. I have been a
student and a teacher. I have been a leader and a follower, and in every
area, I have grown. I am passionate about medicine and will continue on
to become an Emergency Room Physician because I excel in the fast
pace and critical settings that accompany the ER. I cannot express that
initiative clearly enough. My motor runs at 200 MPH at all times, and I
need a job that can keep up with me.
I seek employment with you if you want a hard charger on your medical
team. I am looking to work in the Tacoma area.
Very Respectfully,
Amanda Snyder
