directors, David has spent the last thirty years as a trucking company owner,
property broker and consultant to some of the largest trucking companies in the
country, as well as defined as an “expert” in transportation, according to the
United States Department of Justice. David also owns the oldest and most

He has trained over 17,000 Master Brokers® and over 100,000 copies of his
TEXT books are in circulation. He is honors graduate of the University of
Wisconsin – Whitewater.
Joy Geiss-Dwinell– Currently is Operations and Agent manager for
Truckalocity.com. Joy has owned and operated brokerage company for 12
years. She has been in Transportation for 15 years, she is a 3rd
generation
entrepreneur. Joy is a graduate of University of Phoenix with a degree in
Business Management. She is an Honors graduate of Load Training. She holds
a Master Freight Broker® diploma. She started teaching Load Training in
August 1998. She came to work with Truckalocity in 2012 as president and is
managing the agents that currently work with Truckalocity.

8.  All over, short and damaged cartons must be immediately brought to the
attention of Truckalocity Management who will then note the OS&D in our
Claims Management. The comment must detail the quantity of cartons over,
short and/or damages by PO number.
 An OS&D form must be filled out and immediately sent to Inbound Logistics
distribution list.
 Truckalocity may also prepare a preliminary claim notice on our customer’s
behalf and file within 24 hours of the identified short and/or damaged cargo.
 Truckalocity will take photos of damaged cargo if possible and send to your
desk.
 The BOL will be noted detailing the number of damaged cartons.
 If possible, the damaged cargo will be placed at the rear of the trailer by the
door for inspection.
