To whom it may concern,
It is with great pleasure that I recommend Allison Casiles for a position in your organization. As a member of our
front of house staff from September 2015 to 2016, Allison proved herself as a valuable asset and an integral part of
our team. As a manager of this company for three years, I strive to encourage our staff to work together in a
teamwork-driven environment. Looking back on the individuals who have worked in this restaurant, I can safely say
that Ms. Casiles demonstrated skills in organization, communication, and problem solving better than most.
Ms. Casiles began as a server at our restaurant, and was quickly promoted to a bartending position. Her promotion
was based entirely on merit. As part of our business model, all bartenders are hired from our pool of servers. In her
time on the bar she quickly became proficient at new skills and took on a leadership role. She clearly had an eye for
detail, stayed motivated in organization of the bar, and was self-driven to stay busy. She demonstrated accuracy with
cash and credit transactions, and was able to properly submit daily revenue at business close.
Arguably her greatest skill was her aptitude to connect with guests and foster a sense of hospitality, which we as a
company consider paramount. She continually made relationships with our customers that kept them coming back,
many of whom still do in her absence.
It was with great regret to see Ms. Casiles move on to focus on her field, but I can whole-heartedly say that she will
be a valuable team member to any organization she finds. Please consider her for this position, as it would be of
great pleasure for me to see such a talented individual succeed in her career path.
Sincerely,
Ira Vogel
