utaire (DECO) du Service de Developpement Rural de ma

NFDP.C/ONG/ASBL sise avenue Force-Publique N° 42, Commune de
Kasa -Vubu
Vu la Constitution de la Republique Democr.9tique du Congo;
conformement a la Loi n° 004 du 20Juillet 2001 portant
dispositions genera les a ux Associa tions sa ns but lucratif et a ux
Etablissements d'utilite publique, est a utorisee a s'insta ller da ns
ma juridiction sise a venue Force-P blique N° 42,
Il est toutefois interdit que l'objet initial de la demande soit sujet
a des querelles bagarres et a utres actes pouvant troubler l'ordre
public et deroger au respect de legislation en la matiere
En foi de quoi, la presente lui est delivree pour servir
le besoin et va loir ce que de droit.

I, the undersigned, MBUYI M ETA Bebe, Mayor of the district of
Kasa-vubu, hereby confirm with the present document that, further
to a survey carried out by the Community Development Committee
(DECO) of the Rural Development Service, which falls under my
jurisdiction, the not-for-profit organization, FONDATION NSIESI –
NFDP.C/ONG/ASBL, has its head office located at 42 Avenue de la
Force Publique, Kasa-Vubu district.
In line with the Democratic Republic of Congo’s constitution; in
accordance with Act 004, 20th July 2001, which outlines the general
provisions for not-for-profit organizations and public utility
companies, I hereby give my authorization for the aforementioned
organization to be located, under my jurisdiction, at 42 Avenue de la
Force Publique, Kasa-Vubu district.
The original application shall not be subject to any arguments or
acts which could threaten public order and which derogate from
current legislation.
In witness whereof, the present attestation is issued for all legal
intents and purposes.
