This letter is to share my experiences of working with Alison Gaston during her tenure with BIC
Consumer Products. My position as the Senior Lead person responsible for Customer
Compliance places me as the liaison between the Customer via our Sales Manager and a team
of all other internal functional areas that play a role in meeting customer expectations. Alison
Gaston supported the Compliance Team from the Legal area. Spending 12 years in this role has
afforded me the opportunity to work with many talented individuals. As a result of this
experience it is with confidence that I recommend Alison.
From my interactions with her I have always found Alison to be pro-active and team oriented.
Her attention to detail were critical to our interactions assuring that contracts were reviewed
to meet deadlines and that all customer compliance related issues were addressed within the
agreement or in amendments she drafted. Her strong work ethic insured that she was always
on top of her game and exceeded expectation in her timeliness of responses to multiple
inquiries. I never recall having to make a second request or remind her of an upcoming
deadline. In addition to her tact, professionalism and diplomacy in interactions with the
Compliance Team and Sales Management, Alison possesses a positive spirit that is contagious
which radiates to the work environment of those working with or around her.
Alison would be an asset and excellent addition to any organization.
