the interview process
Before you click submit my applicationrogram
 Review your CV. This is how we learn about you for the first time. Make sure it is up
to date, includes your contact details and dated key points of your employment
history.
 Did you know that TeamViewer is an umbrella of many incredible products? Check
out our IoT solution as well as AR product called Pilot.
 How many nationalities do we have on board and in which locations can you join
our teams?
 Do some research and don’t be shy to ask further questions to our recruiters at any
point of the interview process.

First steps
Depending on the location you are interviewing in, position and department, the interview process
can vary but we usually have following steps:
Telephone interview Face to Face Interview
 We usually conduct calls in English
 Call us by our name! We believe in flat hierarchies and we address each other on the first name basis

Check your email
 Once you apply you will always receive a system generated
confirmation of your application, if it is not there, something
went wrong. Make sure we’ve received your CV, do not
forget to check your SPAM folder just in case.
 We try to get back to you as soon as possible and inform you
about our decision or to invite to the next interview stage.

First Interview
 In case we have a telephone / video chat interview we will ask you
for the most convenient time frame to fit it in.
 We trust you will find a suitable and quiet place to speak with us.
 If for any reason you can’t make it to the call, the quiet place you
found is not quiet anymore, internet connection is own, or you just
had a sleepless night taking care of your sick cat please
reschedule! We really won’t be mad. We want you to be
comfortable and at your personal best!
 First calls are info-calls, we want to get to know you better and
answer your questions. Take us through your CV, think about
telling us things we can’t simply read from it. We will check your
motivation and background.
 Please prepare questions to us in advance since it can be hard to
come up with them on the go.

Final Interview
 In case a personal meeting would be difficult to arrange we can
have a final video call as a plan B.
 We will invite you to one of our office locations and cover all the
costs.
 You will know the agenda, participants of the meeting and what is
expected of you upfront.
 Dress code is business casual, be yourself and feel comfortable!
 Please be on time, best if you arrive at least 5 minutes before the
interview, there is no need to come earlier.
 Stay honest and open. Don’t stress!
 Remember that the goal is work together as a team and we really
want you to succeed!
