After receiving a BA upper second in Education combined with Drama, I completed my PGCE at Bath Spa University, achieving
‘Outstanding’. After completing my PGCE (July 2013), I moved to Birmingham and have been teaching in year 5 as an NQT, in an
inner city primary school. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I have built strong relationships with the children and
parents, which has enabled me to work well with a large mixed attainment group. The school has also provided me with the
chance to work with extra curricular activities such as: camping, running a netball club and going on a residential trip to France.
I am committed, sensible and adaptable with the ability to build and maintain relationships with people at all levels.
