2.  Nature is everything around us.
 It lives in plants, animals and people.
 It should be protected by the living.

3.  Plants are nature’s lungs.
 They produce oxygen for animals and people.
 Living beings consume them as food.

4.  Soil makes fruit and vegetables grow.
 There are different types of soil.
 Without it people wouldn’t be able to eat.

5.  “Organic’’ foods are produced with organic products.
 Usually there are no chemical ingredients added.

6. Not all organic products are
good for people.
Some of them could even be
poisonous.
Don’t judge the book
by its cover!

7.  Giving our bodies what they need is being healthy.
 Every single type of food matters in some way.
 Knowledge of our bodies is the best guide to living a
happy and healthy life!
