We believe that everything can be fixed from natural diet and substances, the use of the synthetic substances like allopathic and other measures should only be taken in emergencies.
2. TRI-DOSHA
Recognizing that human beings are part of nature,
Ayurveda describes three fundamental energies
that govern our inner and outer environments:
movement, transformation, and structure. Known in
Sanskrit as Vata (Wind), Pitta(Fire),
and Kapha (Earth), these primary forces are
responsible for the characteristics of our mind and
body.

4. BODY TYPES
Each of us has a unique proportion of these three
forces that shapes our nature. If Vata is dominant in
our Ayurvedic Consultation system, we tend to be
thin, light, enthusiastic, energetic, and changeable.
If Pitta predominates in our nature, we tend to be
intense, intelligent, and goal-oriented and we have
a strong appetite for life. When Kapha prevails, we
tend to be easy-going, methodical, and nurturing.
Although each of us has all three forces, most
people have one or two elements that predominate

8. BEING WELL OR HEALTHY
Man has been nature’s most intelligent and
technologically advanced being but, with increase
in artificial, toxic and polluted substances in our
daily lives, it is giving our bodies chronic diseases.
Our bodies are created from the elements of
nature, our genes are not designed to tolerate the
environmental toxins, thus our bodies get weak and
attract diseases. But in our busy lives it’s easy to
forget how much we rely on natural environment for
a healthy disease free life. Nature gives us organic
ingredients that are nutrient-rich and our bodies
accept them freely.

10. ACTIVE INGREDIENTS IN BOTANICALS
Active ingredients provide the health benefits in botanicals
and each herb has its own particular active ingredients such
as gisenosides in ginseng, cascarosides in cascara bark and
flavonoids in licorice root, to name just a few. The
concentration of active ingredients found in an herb will vary
according to growing conditions, soil conditions, how they’ve
been harvested and preserved as well as how long they’ve
been in storage.
If you grow and harvest fresh herbs yourself to use in salads
or teas, you have control over the quality. In the retail store,
it’s a much different story. You’re faced with a multitude of
choices and not enough information to make an informed
decision. All the bottles facing you contain the same her…but
herbs without a high level of active ingredients are like yogurt
without an active culture. In other words, useless!
