the analysis of efficacy in political jury trials.
"Theoretical Approaches to the Sociology of the Jury," an analysis of the
sociological implications of the American jury system.
Reviewed and submitted abstracts and organized panel and roundtable sessions:
Constitutional rulings that allowed increased participation by racial and ethnic
minorities in jury trials and reduced legal barriers to theprocess.

manuscript chapter authored by Dr. Fukurai:
