Position: Assistant Teacher of Arabic Language for Non-Native Speakers
When joining Alibaba Language Centre I became responsible for handling students’
tuition, filling in students’ information into the system, doing English tests for
English Language learners, maintaining database.
When joining Sheraton hotel I became responsible for Serving customers by
determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling
requests; maintaining database.
While working as an operator agent at the Regency Palace Hotel, I was responsible
for answering the phone, greeting callers, establishing reason for calling, and
resolving issues by contacting appropriate person that can help the customer.
I also used to receive and disburse money using cash registers. I was often involved
in processing credit or debit card transactions, and validating checks while working
for the Golden Nugget Hotel.
Teaching Non-native speakers the Arabic language was also part of my work
experience at Qasid Institute.
