Ethics is a subject of social science that is related with moral principles and
social values.
Business Ethics can be termed as a study of proper business policies and
practices regarding potential controversial issues , such as corporate
governance , insider trading ,bribery , discrimination , corporate social
responsibility and fiduciary responsibilities
Businesses must abide some basic principles . It should provide quality
and services at reasonable prices to their consumers. It must also avoid
adulteration , misleading advertisements , and other unfair malpractices

According to Andrew Crane , “Business Ethics is the study of business
situations , activities , and decisions where issues of right and wrong
addressed”
According to Raymond C Baumhart , “The ethics of business is the
of responsibility . The businessman must promise that he will not
knowingly”

Communication ethics is the notion that an individual’s or group’s
behaviour are governed by their morals which in turn affects
communication .
The communication ethics deals with the moral good present in any
form of human communication . This include interpersonal
communication , Mass Mediated communication and Digital
Communication

6. ETHICS TRAINING
The purpose of ethics training is to enable employees to
identify and deal with ethical problems developing their moral
intuitions , which are implicit in everyday choices and actions
