To create eTds statement select
• Financial Year
• Form No.
• Quarter
To Create Return. Run eTdsWizard
Application and go to Create eTds File
tab
Browse the Excel Templete and
click on ‘Create eTds’
Click on Yes to open and
view error and warningIf any error found during
verification, eTds will give
message

To resolve this error go to particular sheet
and rectify.

Create eTds File
After doing required changes in excel
template, run eTds application >> Create eTds
File
Select Respective Details and
click on ‘Create eTds’
If no error found during verification. This
message will appear. To continue click on
“OK”

Download CSI File – Validate eTds File Process
Update the Captcha and click on
“Submit”, Save the download CSI file
and browse.
Click on ‘Download CSI
File’
Only after successful file creation ‘Download
Challan File’ button will be appear
After successful file validation this message
will appear. Click on OK to proceed
Click on ‘Validate eTds
File’

FVU File For Submission
Form 27A , Control Total and Find eTds File will
enable only after successful file validation

Forecast your default notices before you file
After creating regular return, click here
to scan regular return text file. It will
launch eTdsDNF application and scan
same.
DNF Screen will check for:
• Challan Status
• PAN Verification
• Short Deduction Notice

Printing – TRACES Forms
To print/generate TRACES TDS
Certificate, so click on Print
Forms Tab >> TRACES Forms
optionClick the option TRACES Form16A for
Non-Salary and TRACES Form16 with
12BA for Salary
Browse eTDS folder and select
Traces Form16 zip file along with
template file and click on “Export”

20. Print Paper Forms
In paper form we have multiple feature:
• Paper Return / Annexure (For Record Purpose)
• Challan (Print/ePayment)
• TCS Statement (Print / Export Form27D)
• Form16 with 12BA (Salary 0 TDS certificate gen.)
Also we have epayment features available in Challan
option

Correction Statement
To file revised / correction statement, go to
Create Correction Statement tab and Click on
Launch. It launch correction utility.
Excel based Correction Screen for Bulk
correction features
After browse (.tds )file
click on launch correction
Excel sheet.
After doing required changes in
Correction Template click on create etds
file>>download CSI file and validate.
