3. OBJECTIVE :
▪ The objective of this application is to design and build a Classifieds
website.
▪ The website must provide information to the users about various fields for
any occasion such as best floral shops, caterers, cake sellers, best parlors,
stationeries, music system, best stores for jewelry and accessories,
boutiques, shoe stores, restaurants, gift stores, etc.

4. EXISTING SYSTEM :
• In the present scenario, a user has to browse different sites or relevant
documents and magazines to get information about various services or a
user has to approach some different people.
• This requires a user to spend more time and effort.
• Often the user may obtain irrelevant information.

5. PROPOSED SYSTEM :
• It is a web based application where customers i.e., the end users can find
the best stores in a particular locality.
• A user can access all services at a single place and reduce time and effort.
• The system maintains a centralized repository of all information.
• This system allows easy access to relevant data through well defined
interfaces.
• The system allows to search and know the desired information.

7. ADMINISTERING MODULE :
• This module provides admin related functionalities.
• The Admin is capable of viewing and deleting the details of
advertisements (or) classifieds.
• Admin has the power to monitor all the advertisements.
• Admin will handle the advertising module as it is the sub module of
administering module.

8. ADVERTISING MODULE :
• This module maintains all advertisements posted by the traders
authorized by the admin.
• The advertisements and classifieds can belong to categories such as best
floral shops, caterers, cake sellers, best parlors, music system, best stores
for fashion jewellery and accessories, boutiques, shoe stores, restaurants,
gift stores, etc.

9. VIEWING MODULE :
• A user can view all the advertisements that are posted by traders.
• In order to place any advertisements, the trader must be registered with the
system.
• A user can use this system for interacting with various advertisements that
meets their need.
• A user can view the details of a specific display item.

10. TRADING MODULE :
• Traders will post their items and address or their business status to
the admin.
• So that the admin gathers all the information about the store and
posts that information on his site and updates it.

28. CONCLUSION :
• This system is developed, tested and implemented.
• It facilitates an easy way of searching for the users.
• It also helps the Trader to perform operations on store.
• The admin gives the permission for the traders to add their stores for
advertising.
• It also includes displaying images of the products, along with the
description allowing the Trader to upload product details to the database.

29. FUTURE SCOPE :
Some of the future enhancements that can be done to this system are :
• With the emerging technology ,it is possible to upgrade the application and
can be adaptable to desired environment.
• It is adaptable to further changes.
• This application can also be implemented using Google maps.
• Reviews and rating modules can be added.
