Customer Pain Points: A reputed medical device manufacturer is migrating to
new technology for reducing cost, ease of serviceability and improved reliability.
The customer wants to identify the life identify and analyze life critical components.
Solution Provided:
Understand the product requirement, understand the pain points in the old design
and implement DFR practice in the product development. Analyzed the design and
proposed ALT testing for the critical components. Perform HALT for the electronic
PCBA’s in the system and conduct RGT on the alpha, beta and final design.
 Project Type: Office Automation – Printing Device (Jul 2013 to May 2014)
Customer Pain Points: A leading office automation company was following Agile
Methodology for product development, in which they are required to perform on

Understand the product requirement, usage profile, operating environment and
develop Reliability Growth Test plan and Test matrix. Perform Data Analysis and
present it to the development team for design fix and upgrades
 Project Type: Medical Devices – Cryo System (Jan 2013 to Jul 2013)
Customer Pain Points: A reputed medical device manufacturer is migrating to
new technology form using Helium Arsenic gas to Liquid Nitrogen, for cooling and
thawing. They want to assess whether the new design is reliable? And understand
the risks.
Solution Provided:
Understand the product requirement, understand the pain points in the old design
and implement DFR practice in the product development. Perform Risk
Assessment as per ISO 14971 and identified the safety critical areas.
 Project Type: Industrial – Network Switch ( Aug 2012 to Jan 2013)
Customer Pain Points: The product is widely used in TV live telecasting system
which required high reliability even with redundancy.

Performed Field Data Analysis and identified the root cause and confirmed the
