Currently, I am working as Dy. Manager at JK Paper Limited, Fort Songadh, Gujarat.
Prior to that, I held the responsibility as Manager (Accounts) at Mohit Industries Limited,
Surat. For about 4 years, I have worked with M/S Natvarlal Vepari & Co., Surat, initially
as an Audit & Accounts Assistant and later on as Chartered Accountant.

I have comprehensive knowledge of Accounting & Financial Operations, Taxation,
Statutory Compliances, MIS, Audit and Export related activities. With my strong
analytical and computational skills, I can easily utilize, review and update financial
database. I have the experience of establishing liaisons and coordinating with Statutory
Auditor, Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Registrar of the Company and other
bodies and professionals. My computer proficiency extends to the use of Windows 2000,
XP, 2007, Ms – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP (JD Edwords) and Tally 9.1.

2. I qualified as the Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretary of India,
New Delhi in the year 2009. In the year 2008, I cleared the Chartered Accountant
Examinations conducted by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi
in the first attempt. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from South Gujarat
University, Surat in the year 2003.
