ENROLMENT MICROSITE LAUNCH
STOCKPORT COLLEGE MICROSITE Enrolment Campaign
In order to make the online enrolment process as accessible, transparent and user-friendly
as possible we launched an ‘enrolment microsite’, together with its own dedicated URL
enrolstockport.co.uk. The enrolment microsite was developed to give the summer campaign a
dedicated hub to house news, events and crucial information regarding enrolment.
Throughout our physical and virtual assets including bus adverts and digital site skins we
course lists, contacts for enrolment enquires and key information on why to choose Stockport
College as an institution for technical- vocational learning.
As a college in the heart of Stockport we continuously look to engage and successfully work
with the local community and organisations. Together with Stockport Metropolitan Borough
Council we were able to direct visitors of the microsite to the National Careers Service in order
to provide information, advice and guidance on learning, training and work opportunities.
on events and activities within the college, as well as creating endless communication
opportunities.

Steven Swanborough is a former student of Stockport College, and
since competing his BA (Hons) course in Moving Image he has gone

The Saucy Fish Co. and for the BBC and BBC Sport. This summer his
art and design work was viewed by millions, being displayed across

stating:

accomplishments in our sporting ventures. One of the success
stories from this year involved Luke Connor, a recent motor vehicle
student at Stockport College who played a vital role in the Amateur
Boxing Club. Luke was not only regarded for putting Stockport on
the map for an institution that supports our students ambition
to succeed in sport, but he also won the national England Boxing
three judges on the day.
During the Stockport College enrolment roadshow there were a number of instances of advertising campaigns and engaging
activities within duel locations, for example; as well as being situated outside Merseyway shopping centre with Key103 we also
had a presence outside Stockport College.
We pride ourselves as being an educational institution that is highly regarded by the local community and in turn are continually
looking to give something back.

students on the career ladder
Today sees the launch of a new online apprenticeships
portal from the Greater Manchester Apprenticeship
