1. AL-Rajhi Data Center (Tier 4):
A project that consists of three main parts (data center, cash center &
operation center) with in approximate areas of 70,000 m2
.

2. The main responsibilities were to check and support the MEP
subcontractor’s work for all systems.
2. AL-Dara Hospital:
A hospital located in Riyadh-KSA with an approximate area of
101,000 m2
(100 beds).
The main responsibilities were to finalize the power system in the
project including all electrical panel boards, riser diagrams and
voltage drop and short circuit calculations.
3. Lamar Towers:
Two residential and commercial towers comprise of offices, retails,
parking and apartments, the approximate area of the project is
400,000 m2
in Jeddah-KSA.
The main responsibilities were to provide shop drawings for the
lighting, small power, power containment & panels’ schedules.

Working as a senior design electrical engineer for commercial,
residential and hotels projects, and as a supervision engineer for
villas and small scale projects.

4. Seraje Tower:
A residential and commercial tower comprises of offices, retails,
parking and apartments, the approximate area of the project is
62000 m2
in Amman-Jordan.
The main responsibilities were to provide full office support and
redesign for the main risers and systems of the project.
5. Crowne Plaza Hotel:
A hotel located in Petra-Jordan with an approximate area of 15,000
m2
.
6. North Gate Hotel:
A project that consists of two towers, a residential tower and a hotel
tower with an overall approximate area of 68,000 m2
in Riyadh-KSA.
7. DP World:
With an approximate area of 12,000 m2
in Dubai-UAE for the services
buildings and offices of the Dubai port.
LEED requirements and recommendations were taken into
consideration to acquire the certificate for the offices building.
