Contacts can be synced between Salesforce and Outlook. After configuring the Salesforce for Outlook integration, a contact created in Outlook named "Wilson Abare" appeared in the Salesforce Contact list. Similarly, a contact named "Abaya Jackson" that was created in Salesforce then appeared in the Outlook Contacts list. This demonstrates how contacts can be automatically synced between the two systems after setting up the Salesforce for Outlook integration.

Contacts Syncing between Salesforce and outlook:-
We will see how contacts are syncing between sales force and Outlook. After
Configuring “Salesforce for outlook”, open Microsoft Outlook and create one contact as
shown in the below figure

Here I am creating one contact with name “Wilson Abare”. After creating contact
open your Salesforce account and then click on “Contact” Tab , we will find the “Wilson
Abare” record as shown in the below figure.

Now we are going to create one contact in salesforce with name “Abaya Jackson”
as shown in the below figure.

After creating the contact, check in Microsoft outlook “contacts” we will find
“Jackson” as shown in the below figure.

In this way we can sync Contacts between Salesforce and Microsoft Outlook.
