Description: This application will be used with the upstream systems (Schneider-Siemens-Alcatel-Lucent-ZTE)
and downstream systems (IRB, ITU, ICT, RA, Fraud management) as it do the following actions:
1- Parse different types of files (Meter, AMA, ASN.1…)
2- Check DFD,DRD (duplicate file and record detection)
3- Check the validation and verification of the data
4- Normalize the Data and optimize the data according to each downstream
5- All processed files will be archived
6- All events will be logged into log file

Telecom Egypt Mediation System with their new billing system in order that events can
continue to be captured in mediation and passed to IRB for rating and billing for
customers.
