SESSION OUTLINE:
Session 1 : Takes participants through a basic
set of objectives and understanding on
innovation and it’s process
Session 2 : Discusses how to analyse the actualSession 2 : Discusses how to analyse the actual
problem and then takes participants through a
series of tools to generate ideas on solving the
problem. Participants broken into groups to
come up with solutions.
Session 3 : Educates participants on how Lean
Canvas works, and then uses solutions from
