 Delivered several legal opinions to major European financial institutions
advising on a range of banking and finance issues such as structured
lending, hypothecation of assets, compliance and regulatory matters.
 Instructed in a multi-million cross border merger involving 10+
companies based in Poland.
 Acted as counsel for the establishment and operation of variable capital
private investment funds with initial capital of € 125 million and € 30
million.
 Instructed in an investment project in Russia, whereby 100% of the
share capital of an existing Russian company owning real estate assets
in excess of € 145 million was purchased by a newly established
Cyprus Company.
 Counsel of the minority shareholder of one of the largest renewable
energy projects (Wind Park) in Cyprus with initial investment of € 120
million.
 Advised on the restructuring of a large European based media group
which involved the sale of the majority stake of the group’s holding
company, worth over € 70 million, to a new investor.
 Counsel of the 50% shareholder of a Cyprus renewable energy JV
company owning Solar Photovoltaic parks across Europe.
 Advised on the expansion of the trademark portfolio of a large Cyprus
trading company: administration and registration of more than seventy
trademarks in Cyprus, the European Union, several Asian countries
and the USA. In constant communication with OHIM and WIPO.
 Advised on and instructed for the registration in Cyprus of a multi-
million worth Patent (Hydraulics).
 Advised on and acted in a shareholder dispute regarding a (50:50)
deadlock Cyprus retail company worth over € 80 million.

office based in Larnaca, Cyprus. The office represents international and
domestic clients on mainly business law matters including litigation, mergers
and acquisitions, company and commercial, estate and tax planning and
