Ken thanked Adam for his work managing the construction of Nightingale, the new Hawksworth Restaurant and Bar. Adam effectively led the construction management team and trade contractors, working closely with management, designers, and the client to incorporate changes during construction and solve problems that arose. Adam also motivated the trades to absorb late changes and work additional shifts to complete the tight project on schedule. Ken appreciated Adam's ability to integrate client changes and design requirements smoothly and looked forward to future opportunities to work together.

I thought it would be appropriate to write and confirm our gratitude for the thought and
application you put in for us in setting up, running and handing over the fitting out of our new
Hawksworth Restaurant and Bar, Nightingale.
In heading up the On-Site Construction Management Team and appointed Trade Contractors,
we were particularly impressed with your ability to work closely with the Management here, the
Designers, especially the Interior Designer, to carry out the construction and incorporate both
buildability and design changes pre and post construction start.
I particularly appreciated your ability to integrate the Clients late changes and the Design
Team’s requirements and activities with the on-site operations, especially with the inevitable
problems that any construction project of this complexity and tight schedule generates.
Your motivation of the Trades, in working to absorb the changes and solve their own
shortcomings, including working additional shifts, were again much appreciated.
