About Act Like An Agency 9
The Act Like an Agency program was designed from the ground up to 
increase the effectiveness of communication professionals. Attendees will 
elevate themselves within their organization by learning how to think like 
agency executives, align business needs with communication solutions 
and deliver measurable results. It’s a short cut to be a trusted business 
partner, and who doesn’t want that? 
This globally recognized training program was developed and is delivered 
by two IABC All-Star rated speakers from opposite ends of the globe – 
Cyrus Mavalwala, ABC and Adrian Cropley, ABC. 
Act Like an Agency training is either a three-day onsite course or seven 
virtual sessions. Both the onsite and virtual trainings focus on four 
fundamental topics:
